Develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions for IT service fulfillment and support, focusing on software development and system configuration (75% of role).

Location requirement: Hyderabad or Bangalore, India; Working hours: 3:30 PM IST to 12:30 AM IST.
Experienced engineer comfortable working cross-functionally in a software Center of Excellence environment with responsibility for design and code quality stewardship.
Strong background in developing and operating Azure cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD automation pipelines using Terraform, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Skilled in backend API development using C# and/or Python, alongside deep knowledge of identity and API management technologies and enterprise IT automation scripting.
