Serve as Scrum Master for the Cloud Engineering team, driving Agile adoption and delivery of AI initiatives across R&D, Commercialization, Manufacturing, and Enabling Functions.

Proven experience delivering cloud development projects with emphasis on AWS, managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Familiarity with compliance and governance such as GxP standards, data privacy, regulatory requirements.
Experienced in leading Agile teams specifically within cloud and AI-related projects in regulated industries like pharma or biotech.
Strong communicator capable of translating complex Cloud/AI/data concepts for non-technical stakeholders and managing matrixed organizations.
Hands-on with Agile frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence), and continuous improvement culture.
