Own day-to-day distribution data operations including data updates, ticket support, data validation, and corrections.
Execute and maintain data quality controls, conduct audits, reconciliations, and support UAT related to distribution data.
Act as liaison between business, technology, and analytics teams ensuring accuracy, traceability, and usability of distribution data.
3-5 years experience in data management or operations; experience in financial services or related preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business analytics, finance, or related field preferred.
Technical skills: Basic to intermediate SQL, advanced Excel, experience with CRM platforms and ticketing workflows, data quality and UAT support.
Work Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST.
Experienced in handling distribution or sales operations data within financial services or asset management environments.
Strong ability to investigate data issues, perform technical analysis and communicate findings clearly to business stakeholders.
Proactive in identifying process improvements and comfortable working across multiple systems impacting distribution data consumers.
