Review and investigate AML Transaction Monitoring alerts at Level 2, including analysis of complex cases involving unusual transactions and high-risk factors.
Prepare detailed investigation narratives and SAR-supporting documentation compliant with regulatory and client standards.
Collaborate with QA, team leads, compliance teams, and clients to ensure process alignment and support continuous improvements while meeting operational targets (productivity, quality, SLA).
2 to 6 years of experience in AML Transaction Monitoring, TMS alert review, financial crime investigations, or compliance operations.
Hands-on experience with reviewing Transaction Monitoring System alerts and conducting L2 investigations including escalation and suspicious activity identification.
Strong knowledge of SAR/STR escalation requirements, AML red flags, transaction typologies, KYC/CDD/EDD processes, and regulatory compliance.
Ability to meet productivity, quality, and SLA expectations in a fast-paced environment; willingness to work in rotational or client-aligned shifts.
Experienced in Level 2 AML investigations with a strong understanding of financial crime patterns and risk indicators.
Capable of working effectively with complex transactional data and regulatory frameworks (BSA/AML, FATF, OFAC, FinCEN, etc.).
Demonstrates ability to collaborate across QA, compliance, and client teams to improve process quality and compliance adherence.
