Engineer and maintain security controls specifically for the LLM/AI technology stack including prompt handling, tool permissions, output filtering, and AI data loss prevention.
Develop automation solutions using Python and SOAR platforms for detection, triage, remediation, and generating control evidence with appropriate human oversight and rollback mechanisms.
Contribute to AI-security best practices, reference patterns, risk evaluations in model/data supply-chains, and sustain auditability and automation runbooks for ongoing security governance.
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Software/AI Engineering, or related field required.
Minimum 8 years of experience in security engineering, application/cloud security, or DevSecOps, including securing AI/ML or LLM-based systems.
Proficient in Python programming for security automation and integrations (SIEM/SOAR experience).
Experience with AI-security frameworks such as OWASP LLM Top 10, NIST AI RMF, MITRE ATLAS, or EU AI Act is mandatory; role is onsite in Pune/Bangalore.
Strong practical experience specifically on securing the LLM/AI application stack including prompt handling and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
Capable of building and sustaining automation runbooks and security evidence pipelines tailored to AI environments with human oversight.
Experience or certification in specialized AI security/testing (e.g., red-teaming LLM applications, GIAC GMLE or cloud AI/security certifications) preferred but not mandatory.
