Provide day-to-day HR support and strategic advice across the entire employee life cycle including compensation, employee relations, performance evaluation, talent management, and D&I initiatives.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, HR Business Partner teams, and HR product areas to support firm-wide HR processes such as year-end compensation review, promotions, and engagement surveys.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and drive decisions by leveraging analytic and reporting tools to produce measurable HR outcomes.
