Drive new business development by researching and contacting IT buyers and procurement contacts across U.S. State, Local & Education (SLED) agencies, maintaining 20-30 daily outreach calls/emails to generate qualified leads and meetings.
Own the full commercial client lifecycle, including contract renewals, expansions, and account growth opportunities within existing government client accounts.
Maintain disciplined CRM and pipeline management, provide regular reports to sales leadership, and coordinate with delivery and leadership teams as needed for client meetings and consultant support.
MBA degree is mandatory.
2 to 3 years of Business Development, Sales, or Account Management experience in a service industry, preferably U.S. IT consulting or staffing.
Strong familiarity with U.S. SLED procurement environments, including RFP/RFI processes and VMS/MSP platforms.
Location requirement: Must work on-site in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India with U.S. Eastern Time shift (approx. 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
Experienced in selling staffing or IT services into U.S. SLED agencies and managing client accounts or placed consultants.
Skilled in structured, high-volume outbound outreach and pipeline discipline using CRM and AI-powered prospecting tools.
Capable of operating individually with ownership over client relationships and business development, and able to grow into a team lead role as practice scales.
