Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP projects including planning, execution, milestone tracking, and vendor management within SAP transformation programs such as ECC to S/4HANA upgrades and rollouts.
Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, maintain project documentation (dashboards, RAID logs, financial trackers), and facilitate governance meetings and steering committee reviews.
Act as primary coordination point between business teams, SAP consultants, technical teams, integration partners, and leadership, translating business requirements into structured documentation and supporting UAT and cutover coordination with zero hands-on SAP configuration or design.
3-20 years of experience in SAP domain PMO roles.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, BCom, MBA or MCom required.
Experience managing SAP transformation projects involving ECC to S/4HANA, rollouts, upgrades, or AMS transitions.
Experience with project management and reporting tools such as Power BI, Smartsheet, Excel, or MS Project.
Experienced in managing SAP finance-related transformation projects as an advisory consultant with good understanding of SAP functional impacts and integration points.
Strong program and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and leadership effectively in large-scale SAP projects.
Familiarity with PMO best practices, project governance, risk and change management, and executive-level reporting, preferably in SAP consulting environments.
