Strong expertise in claims and content governance in regulated environments ensuring content compliance by design.
Skilled in metadata and taxonomy design that drives automation, searchability, and workflow efficiency.
Experienced with MLR/DAM platforms and integrating these with MarTech ecosystems including CRM and project management tools, comfortable working across global and cross-functional teams.
