Monitor privileged accounts activity within Synchrony's environment to identify and address security gaps.
Develop and present dashboards/metrics on monitoring results to IT leadership and collaborate with IT stakeholders on findings.
Investigate and respond to High Privileged Access (HPA) alerts, perform root cause analysis, maintain documentation, and manage certifications for HPA users.
Bachelor’s Degree with 2 to 5 years of relevant IT work experience, or up to 7 years in lieu of degree.
2 to 5 years of experience in using Splunk for monitoring and analysis.
Minimum 3 years combined successful work experience as a system development.
Work timings require availability between 06:00 AM to 11:30 AM Eastern Time; flexibility offered with some in-person engagements at Regional Hubs (Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Kolkata, Delhi/NCR).
Experience working in regulated environments and with cross-functional IT teams, preferably as a programmer/analyst.
Strong skills in Splunk, Excel, PowerPoint, and programmatic thinking; capable of analytic multitasking independently and in teams.
Comfortable interacting with US-based teams during early morning hours India time and managing compliance in privileged access management monitoring.
