Own and lead key Area terminal & inland operations decisions, driving cost analysis, cost reduction, and internal negotiations.
Manage external stakeholder relations including CSLA, Customs, Port authorities, terminals, and inland suppliers, representing the area across forums.
Hold full accountability for operational data ownership, analytics, and decision making to improve Port operation KPIs and drive inland operations and equipment workstreams aligned with long-term strategy.
University degree or equivalent.
Minimum 15 years’ experience in a commercial role, preferably in the maritime sector.
Comprehensive knowledge of FIS and other HL systems; working knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent communication skills.
Experienced in strategic decision making and negotiations within maritime or related operational environments.
Proven ability to manage and analyze operational data to drive performance improvements and cost efficiencies.
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience interacting across multiple external agencies and leading workstreams aligned to long-term operational strategy.
