Experience working in small, self-motivated teams with exposure to both waterfall and agile development lifecycle stages.
Strong domain knowledge in Industrial Automation control systems, including practical use of PLC programming languages: Ladder, FBD, SFC.
Able to make quick decisions in fast-changing environments, clearly communicate technical issues to diverse stakeholders, and drive initiatives to improve test productivity and quality.
