Own and manage the entire release and program lifecycle including product definition, prototyping, development, continuous integration, testing, production release, and post-release evaluation.
Develop and execute strategic plans with clear milestones to ensure on-time, within-scope, and on-budget delivery of releases and programs.
Lead multi-functional and cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and ensure compliance and high standards of quality and productivity.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering or any engineering field.
10-12 years of project management experience in embedded product development with end-to-end program ownership.
Experience managing budget, resources, risks, and work activities on New Product Development (NPD) projects.
Experience working on teams using Agile development methods; PMP certification required; Scrum Master certification is advantageous.
Proven ability to lead complex global embedded product development programs with cross-cultural team adaptations.
Strong strategic planning and execution skills demonstrated through managing scope, cost, schedule, and quality for embedded hardware/software releases.
Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating confidently with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
