Strong technical foundation in telemetry, distributed tracing, and observability tools within cloud or containerized environments (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
Experience working cross-functionally with development, DevOps, and SRE teams to drive telemetry implementation and performance monitoring.
Ability to translate complex telemetry data into actionable insights and clearly communicate technical findings to diverse stakeholders.
