Lead end-to-end SAP MM implementation and S/4HANA migration projects including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Own and execute Material Master and Business Partner data migration strategy using SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and LSMW, including data cleansing and validation.
Design, build, and monitor IDoc interfaces and provide sustained support with root cause analysis and continuous service improvement.
5 to 8 years of hands-on SAP MM/Sourcing and Procurement experience with at least 1-2 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementation/migration projects.
Graduate degree required.
Hands-on experience with SAP MM Master Data Management, S/4HANA Business Partner migration, LSMW and SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit tools.
Experience with IDoc interface configuration, monitoring, and error handling in SAP environments.
Has deep functional expertise in SAP MM modules and integrated knowledge of manufacturing supply chain and SAP PP module.
Experienced in working with international, distributed teams supporting complex, customized SAP systems and manufacturing domain (preferably aerospace).
Comfortable leading workshops, mentoring team members, and operating within Agile and SAFE methodologies.
