Support the execution of IB Transformation projects including monitoring and controlling defined criteria and tollgates.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, milestone change controls, and update project management tools such as dbClarity and MSP.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration.
Experience with Program Management methodologies, tools, and standards; exposure to Prince2, PMP, or Agile preferred.

Work Experience Required: Prior experience delivering change within Financial Markets / Investment Banking industry.
Experienced in managing governance and project delivery controls within complex transformation programs in financial services.
Ability to leverage AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and optimize business workflows.
Capable of collaborating across diverse stakeholders and communicating effectively at multiple organizational levels.
