Provide L2 technical support for HPE/Juniper Campus and Data-Center networking products including EX, QFX, QFabric.

Experience: Technical support experience in enterprise/telecom/cloud critical network infrastructures with routing/switching troubleshooting.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of switching technologies (xSTP, VRRP, LACP, Dot1x, COS, QOS), IP protocols (ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, DNS, DHCP), and IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, RIP); scripting skills (Python, Perl, or Shell) considered advantage.
Work Environment: Hybrid work model with average 2 days per week at HPE office.
Certifications: CCNA/CCNP/CCIE, JNCIA, JNCIS-M, JNCIP-M, JNCIE-M, or CCIE-SP preferred.
Experienced in working closely with product development/engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and communicate effectively in a dynamic technical support environment.
Familiarity with network design and implementation in data centers and knowledge of platforms like Juniper, Cisco, Nortel, Huawei is advantageous.
