Develop and maintain software and hardware monitoring applications to provide system health visibility and proactive issue prevention.

Participate in a 12/7 on-call rotation supporting monitoring and alerting infrastructure.

4+ years of relevant industry experience.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science.

Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Postgres/SQL Server, Kubernetes, AWS, GitHub and GitHub Actions.

Work Experience Required: 4+ years relevant industry experience.

Experience with observability, monitoring, or telemetry infrastructure development within large-scale systems.

Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams to integrate data sources and optimize alerting strategies.

Comfortable with cloud environments (AWS) and modern infrastructure automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
