Certifications preferred: GIAC GSEC, CISSP, and a vendor-neutral Secure SDLC/AppSec certification (e.g., CSSLP).
Senior-level security or software engineering professional with demonstrated leadership in cross-functional AppSec initiatives within complex, matrixed organizations.
Hands-on technical expertise combined with strategic mindset to translate security strategy into operational execution and continuous improvement.
Experience working with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), integrating security tools in modern CI/CD environments, and collaborating closely with diverse teams (product, privacy, architects).
