Design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.
Lead architecture and configuration of identity lifecycles, provisioning, access requests, certifications, and workflows including JML (Joiner–Mover–Leaver) processes.
Develop custom integrations and enforce governance policies using Java/J2EE, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs and manage connectors for AD, LDAP, databases, and REST-based applications.
At least 2 years hands-on experience with IGA implementations using SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA platforms.
Mandatory skills: Java/J2EE, SQL, REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, experience with Active Directory and LDAP.
Bachelor of Engineering degree required.
Work Experience Required: At least 4 years (notably includes 2+ years in IGA specifically).
Experienced in identity lifecycle management and access governance with deep understanding of RBAC and SoD rules.
Able to lead IGA solution design and work directly with business and technical stakeholders including client engagements.
Proficient in configuring complex workflows and connectors with ability to estimate effort and maintain technical documentation.
