Perform weekly/monthly cash account reconciliations, prepare related journal entries and month-end close duties.
Manage accounting for derivative instruments including mark-to-market entries and settlement recording with variance analysis.
Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley internal control documentation and participate in quarterly reviews, annual audits, and grant/incentive certification activities.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years of related accounting experience or advanced degree without experience.
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP mandatory; CA or CPA certification is a plus.

Experience with month-end close processes including journal entries and reconciliations, especially cash accounts and derivatives.
Capable of maintaining SOX compliance and supporting audit activities independently.
Comfortable working autonomously on accounting assignments of moderate complexity applying established accounting rules and company policies.
