Own the strategy, architecture, implementation, and operational management of enterprise authentication services (SSO, MFA, passwordless, federation) across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, secure authentication solutions that improve user experience and reduce organizational risk.
Manage vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, handle incident management, and report on authentication system performance and security metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
4+ years experience in identity and access management with at least 3 years focused on Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
Experience with SSO technologies (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), MFA, identity federation, and cloud-based IAM solutions; familiarity with identity providers like Okta, Azure AD, or Ping Identity.
Ability to lead IAM engineering and operations teams in a global environment and knowledge of relevant regulations including SOX and GXP.
Proven leadership in managing complex global IAM projects and teams, including cross-team resource management.
Strong expertise in designing and optimizing SSO/MFA frameworks within large-scale environments (>50,000 users).
Experience operating in agile environments with a focus on secure access management and user experience enhancement.
