Work Experience Required: 6+ years
Experienced in handling complex HR data and workforce analytics in Workday environments.
Able to manage structured project workflows with strong documentation and communication skills in English.
Comfortable working flexible, cross-timezone schedules including evening hours IST; capable of working independently with skills in SQL, Python, JavaScript or Google Apps Script as a plus.
