Advance and manage engagement with Central and State Governments, policymakers, think tanks, and other ecosystem stakeholders across Karya's priority areas.
Conduct high-quality policy research, analysis, and writing focusing on intersections of public policy, economics, technology, and legal/regulatory issues relevant to AI and emerging technologies.
Manage government partnerships and policy workstreams including coordination, project management, and operational administration to ensure delivery and follow-through of commitments.
2-4 years of professional experience in public policy, government affairs, think tanks, policy consulting, research organisations, technology companies, or government-facing roles.
Proven skills in research, policy analysis, and written communication producing clear, concise policy materials for senior audiences.
Strong stakeholder management experience including engagement with government officials and external partners.
Willingness to travel domestically as required.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple parallel priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong operational discipline.
Experience working with or engaging Central or State Government stakeholders and coordinating multi-stakeholder projects or partnerships.
Background in technology/AI policy, digital governance, development policy, economics, law, or public-sector programmes preferred.
