Identify and document automation opportunities and business requirements for RPA development within banking and finance processes.
Develop and maintain RPA service delivery artifacts such as Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
Collaborate with RPA Center of Excellence team and business stakeholders on user acceptance testing and automation pipeline management including TCO/ROI analysis.
3+ years of Business Analyst experience with at least 2 years focused on RPA automation business analysis.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in process automation.
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum project delivery.
Preferred but not mandatory: RPA platform certifications (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
Experienced in process design and process improvement within the finance or banking sectors related to RPA.
Capable of managing stakeholder communication and scope in fast-paced Agile environments.
Familiarity with industry best practices including Lean Six Sigma or ScrumMaster certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
