Manage day-to-day operational and administrative support including accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and payroll processing.
Coordinate facility maintenance, procurement, key events, hui, travel arrangements, communications, and maintain website and social media content.
Ensure smooth meeting logistics, hospitality for visitors (manuhiri), support team collaboration, operational efficiency, and uphold tikanga and organisational values.
3-5 years New Zealand experience in administration with accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing.
Experience with Xero accounting system or similar required.
Relevant business administration qualification or equivalent experience; advanced MS Office 365 skills including Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables).
Must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand; hold full New Zealand driver's licence; preferred applicants subject to pre-employment checks.
Experienced in New Zealand administrative and financial processes, especially in kaupapa Māori organisational contexts (preferred).
Capable of working independently, managing confidential information, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with event management and procurement experience considered a plus.
