Experienced in enterprise ServiceNow architecture and delivery in large, global organizations with cross-functional agile teams and multi-module deployments.
Proficient in technical leadership including architecture design, governance, complex integrations, CMDB/CSDM maturity, and custom development with JavaScript and ServiceNow platform technologies.
Able to manage multiple concurrent projects, advise senior stakeholders, and mentor technical teams while aligning platform solutions with business objectives and compliance standards.
