1+ years experience as IT Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Agile Facilitator, or similar Agile role.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Must be willing to work on-site in Bangalore Urban.

Experienced facilitator comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proactive in identifying and resolving delivery challenges and impediments.

Demonstrated ability to drive collaboration and continuous improvement within Agile delivery teams.
