Own end-to-end administration, configuration, and health monitoring of the full CCCC EMS and ITSM tool stack including Motadata AIOps, ServiceOps, VuNet aiAPM, Seceon aiSIEM, and Trend Micro Apex One.
Manage API integrations, alert threshold policies, webhook and correlation rules, and deduplication rules to ensure effective incident and SLA management across monitoring tools.
Coordinate with OEM vendors for patches and support, administer video wall dashboards, manage tool licenses, user access, and provide EMS data extracts for audits and investigations.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech), MCA, or equivalent.
More than 5 years of hands-on experience in application administration or IT operations with exposure to EMS, AIOps, or ITSM platform management.
In-depth expertise in Motadata AIOps and ServiceOps EMS tools; knowledge of VuNet APM and Seceon SIEM; experience with SNMP, syslog, REST/webhook API integration, and service check URL monitoring.
Onsite work location at HPE partner/customer office as primary workplace.
Experienced EMS/ITSM administrator comfortable managing multi-vendor enterprise monitoring and incident management tools in hybrid IT environments.
Strong technical skills in API integrations, event correlation, dashboard configuration (including video walls), and SLA ticketing workflows.
Capable of coordinating with vendor support and technical teams, managing licenses and access controls, and handling complex operational challenges in fast-paced environments.
