Independently manage financials and P&L reporting for domestic and international units, including revenues, receivables, payables, funds management, and controls on costs and projects.
Prepare and release monthly and ad hoc Group MIS reports; handle budgeting, costing processes for contracts, projects, and tenders; ensure timely audits, tax, and legal compliance.
Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits for various entities, prepare and audit consolidated financial statements in compliance with standards and regulatory requirements including Direct Tax, GST, RBI, and FEMA.
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
1 to 3 years post-qualification work experience in similar role, preferably in IT/IT services/Consulting industry.
Location requirement: Delhi with hybrid work arrangement.
Experience required in handling Direct Tax, GST, RBI regulations, and FEMA compliance.
Experienced in financial management for multinational subsidiaries and in preparing consolidated financial statements.
Able to work strategically with senior management and liaise between business units and central finance teams.
Process-oriented with exposure to budgeting, cost control, tax audits, and regulatory compliance in an IT/Consulting environment.
