Manage end-to-end trade settlement lifecycle including monitoring settlement queues, resolving unmatched and failed trades, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Perform daily trade confirmation and matching, investigating breaks, managing broker matching activities, and driving reduction in manual confirmations to enhance STP.
Maintain and validate static data such as standing settlement instructions, security master data, and market references, supporting data governance and client servicing.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Commerce, or related discipline.
4 to 8 years of financial services experience in Trade Settlements, Trade Confirmation, Static Data Management, Custody Operations, or Middle Office Operations.
Experience with global securities markets, settlement practices, and product knowledge across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Money Markets, and Derivatives.
Technical knowledge of SWIFT Messaging (MT54x, MT599, MT3xx) and settlement instruction management is required.
Experienced in operating within global financial markets with exposure to complex trade lifecycle management and settlement risk control.
Skilled in managing stakeholder relationships including brokers, custodians, and clients to ensure timely issue resolution and maintain strong service levels.
Demonstrates ability to identify process gaps and contribute to automation, transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement in trade settlement operations.
