Collaborate with business users and technology teams to design and deliver IT solutions supporting retail operations, merchandising, supply chain, and omnichannel platforms.
Engage with multi-regional (especially USA/Europe) stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Support development, QA, UAT, and ensure alignment of retail IT systems implementation including POS, ERP, inventory management, and e-commerce platforms.
8-10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in Headwear, Retail, Fashion, Apparel, or Textile domain.
Experience working with multi-regional clients/stakeholders, particularly USA and Europe.
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and specification documentation.
Mandatory shift: 3 PM IST to 12 AM IST (8 hours, EST time zone overlap with meetings).
Strong domain expertise specifically in retail and supply chain processes within fashion/apparel industries, with hands-on exposure to merchandising, POS, ERP, and e-commerce platforms.
Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments with ability to lead requirement gathering and stakeholder management across distributed teams.
Ability to communicate effectively with offshore/onshore teams and navigate multi-regional business systems and B2B/B2C platform concepts.
