Own and enforce multi-account AWS Organization guardrails to ensure security and governance across AWS accounts.
Build, manage, and maintain Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation and Terraform for hybrid cloud resources including VPCs, ALB/NLB, ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, Redshift, and other key AWS services.
Operate and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps, including environment promotion and automating deployments; provide incident response support with SLO/SLI management and troubleshooting.

Experience building and managing infrastructure using CloudFormation and Terraform; practical skills with CI/CD tools GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
Experienced with multi-account AWS governance and security with strong knowledge of network security configurations (WAF, security groups, TLS, rate limiting).
Skilled in infrastructure automation including hybrid environment IaC, Linux system hardening, AMI baking, and scripting in Bash and Python.
Capabilities in AWS financial management including savings plans/RI modeling, cost metrics, tagging strategies, monitoring/observability with CloudWatch, and incident management.
