Own and execute performance and functionality testing for the MyDisneyToday ServiceNow internal portal using tools like ATF, Tosca, JMeter, and LoadRunner.
Translate user stories and acceptance criteria into detailed test cases and analyze performance metrics to identify root causes of issues using monitoring tools such as Splunk, New Relic, and DataDog.
Collaborate with Developer Leads, Architects, and Product Teams to align testing with technical and business requirements and ensure operational model compliance.
Minimum 3 years of experience in software test engineering or development, including at least 1 year testing end-user facing applications in an enterprise environment.

Effective in communicating performance insights and collaborating across technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
