Own the full employee lifecycle for Technology and G&A functions including onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee relations.
Act as a strategic HR partner to Technology leaders by providing workforce planning, organizational design, and people strategy guidance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Finance & Payroll, and Facilities to ensure effective people operations and drive change management initiatives.
Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience with significant HR Business Partner exposure, preferably supporting Technology or Engineering functions or working in a Tech company.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; MBA or PGDHR preferred.
Hands-on experience with onboarding, employee relations, grievance handling, performance management, succession planning, appraisal cycles, and talent review.
Proficiency in HRIS tools (preferably Dayforce, Keka, GreytHR) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working in a global or matrixed organization involving US and India stakeholders, especially within Technology workforce contexts.
Demonstrated ability to build credibility and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the Technology function.
Track record of managing complex HR processes in tech environments including cultural and engagement initiatives, with strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple priorities.
