Drive end-to-end preparation and consolidation of Innovation P&Ls including financial assumptions, risk/opportunity identification, and governance coordination with BU CF lead.
Manage financial planning and reporting activities including AOP/ACP, forecasts, performance reviews, and Advertising & Marketing spend tracking and analysis.
Coordinate cross-functionally with FP&A, Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and Project teams to validate financial and operational data supporting business reviews and decision-making cycles.
4+ years of experience in finance and planning including managing a P&L.
Preferred qualification: CA or CMA.
Experience with financial systems such as SAP, TM1/Mosaic, HFM; strong Excel skills; Tableau knowledge.
Experience in FMCG or Manufacturing industries.
Experienced finance professional with exposure to P&L management in a corporate setting and working knowledge of financial planning and analysis tools/systems.
Comfortable handling multiple priorities with detailed data validation and financial modeling responsibilities for cross-functional stakeholders.
Background in FMCG or Manufacturing indicating familiarity with complex, cross-functional finance environments and governance routines.
