Serve as the functional SME for Oracle Cloud HCM modules: Core HR, Talent Management, and Learning, overseeing design, configuration, and alignment to best practices.

Work Experience Required: Proven experience in HCM transformation or large-scale implementation projects.
Experienced in bridging business requirements with system functionality in large Oracle Cloud HCM projects involving global teams.
Comfortable leading functional discussions and workshops with multiple stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration with technical teams.
Detail-oriented and process knowledgeable, capable of handling compliance, governance alignment, and complex workforce structures in a global context.
