Manage Hyderabad Shared Service Center (SSC) operations ensuring compliance with Invesco’s Revenue accounting and US GAAP standards.
Lead preparation and internal/external review of Quarterly and Annual SEC reports (Form 10-Q/K) and maintain SEC calendar for deadlines.

Proven capability to interpret and communicate complex accounting guidance and to lead audit interactions.
Demonstrated leadership in process improvement, team management, and transition of accounting services within a global shared services environment.
