Develop, maintain, and execute automated test frameworks for functional, regression, integration, and API testing using tools like Cucumber, Playwright, Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or GitHub Actions) and support unit/regression test coverage and quality gate enforcement.
Monitor QA metrics using tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry; own build, test, release, and production support for team-owned capabilities ensuring stability and continuous improvement.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in software development, software quality engineering, or test automation (or Bachelor's degree plus 2 years relevant experience).

Proficiency in programming languages like Java, JavaScript or TypeScript and automation scripting with Python or Perl.

Hands-on experience in a collaborative, Agile Scrum environment with practices including sprint planning and QA backlog estimation.
Proven ability to manage quality engineering across full software lifecycle including test design, code reviews, observability, maintenance, and support.
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Splunk, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Kibana) for QA metrics and defect triage.
