Design, develop, and support enterprise automation solutions to improve IT operational efficiency and reliability.

Experienced in building scalable automation and integrations across diverse enterprise platforms and business units including Security, IAM, Procurement, and HR.
Skilled in using ServiceNow platform tools (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub) and identity governance systems like Saviynt.
Able to troubleshoot complex automation issues and develop reusable frameworks and documentation that ensure security compliance and governance.
