Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar technical field; Master's degree strongly preferred.
Experience with Java, Spring Boot Microservices, cloud deployments, Kubernetes, Kafka, and relational databases such as Postgres SQL.
At least 3 years experience working in Agile development methodologies.
Proven ability to deliver complex platform-level software solutions and lead technical problem solving beyond just architecture definition.
Experience designing and implementing cloud-native services and microservice architectures at scale.
Strong domain experience in financial services investment management systems and agile team environments.
