Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/macros; intermediate to advanced SQL and/or programming skills advantageous.
Experienced in fee billing and billing systems, preferably with knowledge of Revport or similar systems like FiServ Advantage, Quartal Fee Manager, or Redi2 Revenue Manager.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem solving and creating long-term automated solutions to reduce manual work.
Capable of bridging business and technical teams through clear communication and expert consultation in a client-facing environment.
