Experienced in managing end-to-end finance transformation programs with ability to bridge finance processes and wider business ecosystem functions (sales, procurement, supply chain, HR).
Strong capability to lead and motivate large teams with a consultative and analytical approach, adept in stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.
Skilled in finance digital tools and innovations (including AI and automation) to drive process efficiency and innovation in finance functions.
