Manage day-to-day Security Operations Center (SOC) tasks including triaging, investigating, and resolving security incidents across endpoints, networks, and cloud.
Collaborate with security teams to develop and refine monitoring policies, detection rules, and incident response procedures.
Maintain comprehensive understanding of organizational infrastructure and ensure timely documentation and reporting of security incidents.
3-5 years overall experience with at least 2 years in security engineering or security operations.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech/M.S.).
Hands-on experience with SOC technologies including EDR, Zscaler (ZPA/ZIA/ZDX), Palo Alto firewalls, and DLP management.
Experience with SIEM solutions, network protocols, phishing analysis, and basic Python scripting for automation.
Experienced security engineer/operator familiar with SOC environments and endpoint/network/cloud security incident management.
Operationally skilled in tuning detection tools (EDR, WAF, DLP) and incident triage with ability to automate workflows.
Able to communicate complex security issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
