Experience with mainframe utilities like Sort, REXX, File Manager/File-aid, Endeavor/Changeman, and debugging tools such as IBM Debugger/Xpediter, Abend Aid, BMC Omegamon/Mainview.
Work Experience Required: 4+ years
Strong technical leadership skills able to guide teams and act as escalation point for complex technical issues.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD frameworks on mainframe systems is preferred.
Capabilities with automation initiatives and use of AI coding agents to solve software engineering problems would enhance fit.
