Relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, CISSP, CISM, Security+, or IAM-related) are desired but not explicitly mandatory.
Experienced in product management with a focus on IAM and cybersecurity product delivery in regulated environments.
Proficient in translating complex business, security, and regulatory requirements into Agile product backlogs, epics, and user stories.
Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and communicating product priorities, risks, and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
