Serve as highest technical escalation point within Global Network Operations, resolving critical network incidents and complex infrastructure issues.
Lead network operations to ensure stability, security, and performance of global enterprise network across routing, switching, firewalls, SD-WAN, load balancers, VPNs, DNS, and cloud networking.
