Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, collaborating closely with department heads and executives.
Prepare and present regular financial reports and analyses to senior management, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making.
Develop and implement automated financial reporting processes in partnership with technology teams and manage financial performance metrics including headcount tracking.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA and/or MBA is a plus.

On-site location in Gurugram, Haryana is mandatory; working across APAC, EMEA & North America time zones expected.
Experienced with financial planning and analysis in a rapidly growing company, preferably with experience in M&A, new product introduction, and operational simplification.
Skilled in leveraging information technology to improve finance performance and productivity, including designing automated reporting solutions.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
