Own full cycle FP&A including budget, forecast, and actuals analysis with variance identification and actionable commentary across multiple Statements of Work (SOWs).
Lead month-end and year-end close activities ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely client billing reconciliations; oversee general ledger review and accruals.
Develop and maintain internal controls, manage AR/AP and cash management processes, and partner cross-functionally to improve finance tools, processes, and governance.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA or CA preferred.
8–10 years of experience in FP&A and finance business partnering in large, complex, global organizations.
Proven experience with JD Edwards (E1) or similar ERP systems and managing SOW-level cost analysis; US GAAP knowledge a plus.
Location requirement: On-site in Gurugram, Haryana.
Experienced finance professional skilled in FP&A, financial modeling, and variance analysis within real estate, facilities management, or outsourced service environments.
Strong capability to interpret MSAs and SOW terms to implement financial controls and cost coding compliance.
Leader comfortable both managing a team and engaging in hands-on financial data analysis with proactive cross-functional collaboration.
