Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and automation for application deployment using Jenkins, Lightspeed, and related tools.
Support OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms including deployments, capacity monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Develop and maintain Python-based microservices and scripting aligned with CI/CD standards, ensuring code quality and operational efficiency.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in DevOps, application development, platform engineering, or infrastructure roles supporting hosting environments.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; experience in Financial Services or large, complex/global environments preferred.
Experienced in building and supporting production-grade CI/CD pipelines and containerized microservice architectures in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Comfortable managing platform capacity, incident troubleshooting, and contributing to SDLC and release governance within regulated environments.
Skilled at mentoring peers and providing technical leadership in DevOps practices, with ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
